Q. Do you charge extra for long distance travel?
A. Based in the San Fernando Valley in Los Angeles County,
we have a 30-mile radius that covers many of the areas that
we service.  If your particular location falls outside of our
range, there will be an additional mileage charge
that applies.

Q. Do you charge a minimum number of hours?
A. Yes, our minimum rental is for a 2-hour period of time, however we try to be
flexible in our policies and will determine exceptions on an individual basis.

Q. When does the hour rate begin and end?
A. The clock starts at the designated time indicated on your contract and ends
when you are dropped off at your location.  Of course, if asked to extend beyond
the originally contracted times, we will honor your request and charge for the additional
amount of time.  We bill in one-hour increments.

Q. How far in advance should I book and how much of a deposit is required to confirm the reservation?
A. To insure getting your first choice from our selection of vehicles, we suggest locking up
your reservation as early as possible.  A 50% deposit is required to lock down your reservation.

Q. Do you have cancellation fees?
A. Once your deposit is received it binds you to the contract.  If for some reason the
contract is cancelled 30 days or less prior to your reservation date, your deposit
will be forfeited and is non-refundable.

Q. When is payment in full required?
A. The balance of your 50% payment is due 14 days prior to your reserved date.

Q. Is the driver’s “tip” included?
A. There is a standard 20% driver’s fee added to your final bill.  You are always welcome to
add to this amount if you feel so inclined.

Q. Am I responsible for damage caused to your vehicle?
A. As our cars are pristine, very rare, and costly to repair, if damage is caused by you to
either the interior, appointments (seats, leather, wood) or the exterior the client is 100%
responsible for the cost of the repair.
